Info about the badniks

Introduction

The badniks are robots made by Eggman to destroy Sonic. They come in a variety of animal-like styles, and with different attack patterns. The term "badnik" wouldn't appear until Sonic 1 would get released over the world.

Since then, the badniks started gaining popularity over the years, making them the best videogames enemies in history.

Most badniks are inspired by irl animals, like bugs, mammals, and sea life. There's also variants of existing badniks. There are lots of badniks to watch.

Classic Sonic badniks

The first badniks in the first Sonic games were more cute and simple than nowadays. But in other media, they had a evil appearence, like in Sonic the Comic, which didn't convince people into thinking they were cute.

The last Classic sonic game, Sonic CD, featured very cute badniks that might have changed people's view about other badniks.
